Audrey and Lily both died in the spring of 2002. Lily's kidneys gave out (she had previous problems with kidney stones) and Audrey a week after, with a combination of infection and old age. They were both around 6 years old, which is very old for guinea pigs. But enough of that depressing information!

Kirsten Thorsteinsson sent me a picture of her very cute guinea pig, appropriately named Spud because of his potato-ish shape and color.
