WOD: “If Annie dates Cindy”

Today’s workout was awesome!

“If Annie dates Cindy”
5 rounds
1) 150 singles (50 Double unders if you can do them), then 5 sets of 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 air squats
2) 120 singles (40 Double unders if you can do them), then 4 sets of 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 air squats
3) 90 singles (30 Double unders if you can do them), then 3 sets of 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 air squats
4) 60 singles (20 Double unders if you can do them), then 2 sets of 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 air squats
5) 30 singles (10 Double unders if you can do them), then 1 set of 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 air squats

Not only was shaky and close to tossing at the end, the two women I was doing it with are over 60… and they both beat me! Cripes.
