ONLamp.com has a new interview up of several NetBSD developers, with what they plan to work on now that NetBSD 2.0 is released.
I’ve been meaning to put NetBSD on an IBM z50 as soon as I can find a working model.
Some of the supported NEC MobilePros seem nifty too, if you have your heart set on MIPS. Audio might be a concern, but if I recall, original HPC audio isn’t that hot anyway. (Back when I had the money to consider this, I had my heart set on a flip-screen convertible — Sharp “Mobilon TriPad” — or SH for some crazy reason, and I gather the state of support for those ain’t so good.)
