GCC moves up a notch


Joerg Sonnenberger has committed GCC 3.4. To use it, update, and then set CCVER=gcc34.

    You have to add GCC 3.4.1 snapshot 20040604 or maybe later as contrib/gcc-3.4 first. There are also some glitches and it is not part of the buildworld system yet.
